What Causes Diarrhea Along With Bloody Stool?

I have always had problems having bowel movements like every 4 days. The last couple weeks I have been going everyday with and urge like diarrhea and it s just soft but today it happened and there was blood in the stool. Should I be worried? And I m fatigue

Blood in stool that may be because of any intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis.
Stool examination is helpful for diagnosis .

Intestinal poly may cause blood in stool.
peptic ulce may cause abdominal burning sensation with blood in stool.
Diverticular disease may ruled out.

Internal hemorroids may cause blood in stool.
Anal fissure may ruled out.In anal fissure case itching and rashes are present.

Anorectal examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Check your total blood cell count report.
Colonoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.
