What Causes Diarrhea After Treated Upper Respiratory Infection?

I have not had a solid bowel movement in a little over a week. Not sure what could be causing it. I was sick with an upper respiratory infection right before it started and was Rx's a z pack, benzonatate and tekral. I am no longer taking the medication

Your query being appreciated, the given symptoms may not be due to any infection but it could be due to the diet taken so try to change the diet, try to have food without oily, and fat, semi solid fecal material may not be due to any disease, at the most stool can be sent for culture sensitivity test, otherwise it nothing to worry condition will come around later or sooner hope this information helps.
