What Causes Deviated Septum And An Enlarged Nasal Bridge?
I have been having some pretty severe symptoms and went to the ER without much help. Over the past few months I have seen a handful of ent s without much help. I haven I have a severely deviated septum and what I believe to be an alar cartilage that has been damaged. I had surgery months back on sinuses to explore for issues bc I was having so much pain and following surgery I noticed this string like ligament under the tip of the bof the nose that was severely stretched and torn. I believed it was apart of the suture and kept pulling at it until it now is a mess. I started having a new handful of symptoms and looked up the ones online and alar cartilage came up. Right now I m having the bridge of the nose widen to the point where it s extremely noticeable and it s as though my face is changing looks and aesthetically. What can be done to treat this and do I need to be admitted in your opinion to the hospital tonight for this problem. Thank you I am so nervous and need help badly
