What Causes Deranged TSH Levels?

i am 32 m.for last few months i have been experiencing gain in wt. usually for couple of years i have had an increased level of sgpt,sgot. recently i got my levels checked and found that there was again a hike in sgot and sgpt level. my physician asked me to get my tsh checked.tsh was 57.6. i have read some where that it is going to be a long term process of medication of levo. how could i get it confirmed .it all started with muscle pain in my neck region this time. it has all ready been 1 month since i have been taking a few homeopathic pills for that. kindly guide.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hypothyroidism so TSH is increased.
You should check your T3, T4 level. Start thyroid supplements drugs like levothyroxin. It will help to reduces your TSH level and your symptoms.
