What Causes Depression And Tiredness?

why i always feel depressed, nobody is listening, always feel tired but dont sleep, headaches all the time, nose bleeds, blistery spots on hands, face and arms that itch, can feel my heart beating so hard in my chest and genuinely am compleytely fed up. my doctor just says oh heres some temazepam, why am i feeling unwell and run down all the time?

If I were your treating doctor, I'd advise you to do some tests and scans.

Most likely cause in your case appears to be Anemia or hypothyroidism (low thyroid hormone levels).
Both the conditions can be diagnosed with the help of few basic blood tests like Hemoglobin and thyroid panel.

Both the conditions are completely curable .
