What Causes Depression And Panic Attacks Post Abdominal Hysterectomy?
Hi.im 45yrs.old.I just had a total abdominal hysterectomy almost 3mos.ago. and now I m experiencing depression, anxiety and panic attacks.. Have a hard time sleeping. And I m already depressed by the time I wake up.I m almost immobilized everyday.I ve been taking HRT for 9days and anti depressant for OCD once. What would be your advice? Thank you.

Depression, anxiety and panic attacks may or may not be associated with abdominal hysterectomy. You need to consult your psychiatrist for clinical assessment, diagnosis and thus prescription of appropriate drugs.
