What Causes Depressed Feelings?

I am just 40 and facing problems like fibro, arthritis, levo scoliosis and now on top of everything, I wonder if I am depressed. I am crying as I write this. I cant bring myself to get out of bed or do my normal things that I do. I m falling behind in school because while I do care..I don t care. I know it makes no sense. Am I depressed or is it my memory problems that are starting to happen to me?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand. You feel you are depressed. You have many medical conditions for which you are under treatment. May be due to those medical conditions and the stress associated with it, you feel depressed. But, if you cry often in a day without any apparent reason, depression could be a possibility. Best option is to consult a psychologist for assessment and further counseling.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.
