What Causes Delayed Periods?
Hello Dr.I had an unprotected sex with my bf he didn t release anything on me but I decided to take amplicox Beecham that same day in case of any discharge but right now,there s a delay in my period, its suppose to start on the 20th but this is 24th.what could be the cause of the delay sir,am scared and worried

If there is no discharge and you are sure about it and still took the pill then in my opinion you do not need to worry about it as a normal cycle can be anywhere between 21-35 days (i.e. days between the first day of your period to the first day of next period on an average is between 21-35 days)
Tension and emotional disturbance can also cause cyclical changes. So relax, and wait.
