What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hi, Today is the 16th day post iui and did a home Pregnancy test early morning and it shows negative.Also I am feeling pain now in lower abdomen.Today is 19May and my last period date was 21st April.Normally I always use to have periods one week early of my period date but this time only 2days left for my periods but no period yet.Can you please suggest.

Hello,

It may be due to several causes.

For that I would suggest you to do urine pregnancy test.

You may require obstetrics ultrasound, beta hcg levels after gynaecologist consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition
