my last period started in the 25th of April and I took levonelke on the 2nd of May. i had some spotting going on a week after I took levonelle but then it stopped a few days later. I am still waiting for my period to come. my average cycle is 34days but today is day 42.ive taken two pregnancy tests and they were both negative. what shall I do?
1. Few days after the consumption of the pills, some bleeding may take place. It lasts for a couple of days and then stops of its own. It does not require any medical treatment nor requires any attention. You had some spotting as such after effect of the pill.
2. Usually, the period following these pills is delayed by few days to a week or so. Thus your periods are delayed by few days. Usually, after a week's delay or so, the menses appear.
Even after 42 days of missed period ( a week after missing period) your pregnancy tests are negative; so you are not pregnant. Just wait patiently for the menses to appear; you will get them within few days. No action is required.
I hope this helps you.
