What Causes Delayed Periods?

M 26yrs old female. I had my last period on 17.3.2015 . I had sex on 5.4.2015. Not getting periods on due date. I checked by using pregnancy kit on 18.4.2015 and 19.4.2015. The results were negative. But still I haven t got my periods. Suggest me something .

Welcome to HCM,
I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.

In case of pregnancy, Urine pregnancy test gives result after a week of overdue of your cycle. You did it earlier.
If your cycle was pretty regular previously and you are really concern about pregnancy then go for Serum Beta HCG Test as it is confirmatory test and give result within few days of conception.
But I would suggest you to wait for few days until you get your periods if not then go for pelvic ultrasound and consult with Gynaecologist.
