Hello,

If you are sexually active and not feeding the baby or using any CP, you may be pregnant. You are suggested to do a repeat pregnancy test with the midstream first morning urine. HCG appears earlier in the blood than urine, so you may do a blood test as well. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get USG done. You will get medical support if you are pregnant & if the test is negative you will be treated with medicines to regulate your menstrual cycle. Take food rich in protein, calcium & iron. Take vitamin supplements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
