I have not had a period for over 4 months. I generally do not have a regular cycle every month. Sometimes I can go over 3 months without one, but not usually this long. I keep having spotting and it is a light red/almost copper colored. It has been going on for about two weeks and usually only happens after physical activity. It stops and then will come back a day or so later. I have taken a pregnancy test twice and it came back negative. If my partner lays down on top of me or puts any type of weight on my pelvic area I feel overwhelming pressure. Almost as though there is a balloon that is about to burst. If you could give me some insight I would appreciate it.

HI As you have irregular periods from long time ,which is due to hormonal insufficiency which is causing delay in cycle ,u need ultrasound scan and hormonal blood test to rule out PCOD and treated accordingly , heaviness is due to increased blood flow to uterus and hormonal effects which will subside with simple pain killers
