Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The antimalarials you have consumed are not indicated in pregnancy. The antibiotics are safer. Feverishness is one of the features of a very early pregnancy. Please do not self medicate when you suspect pregnancy. If needed, paracetamol is the safest medication. Please get the pregnancy test done to confirm/exclude pregnancy and plan further management accordingly. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
