What Causes Delayed Periods With Abdominal Cramps?
I was wondering if I could possibly be pregnant but test negative on a pregnancy tests I m 6 days late on my period and I keep having cramps like I m going to start but it s been going on for 2 weeks could I be pregnant possibly and have no symptoms ?

Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to premenstrual syndrome. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen three times a day. I also suggest to do another pregnancy test if the symptoms continue.
