What Causes Delayed Periods While Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hello I m 28 years old with rheumatoid arthritis. My cycle last month was almost two weeks late and when I did get was not its normal flow. This month i am late again. I also have had my tubes cut and tied. I took a pregnancy test that came out negative. Could my RA be connected to my late cycles?
