General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of irregular menstrual period following intake of tuberculous drug I am suggesting that the drug rifampicin which is one of the TB drug causes disturbance in menstrual cycle
In view of this please see your physician for further clinical assessment and possible re-evaluation of your drugs
I hope this helps Regards
