What Causes Delayed Periods While On M2 Tone?

Hi there.. My gyane recommended me M2 tone last month. I am 5 days late on my period.. i am not sure if I could be pregnant or just this medicine messing up my system..I just wanna make sure there is no harm to continue taking this incase I am pregnant.. thanks

Delayed period could be due to an early pregnancy.

M2 Tone is a herbal (Ayurvedic) medicine used for menstrual irregularities, heavy bleeding, uterine dysfunctions, amenorrhea, anovulation & female infertility. It can be used to improve the chances of conceiving and also in assisted reproductive techniques such as IVF.

Since your period is delayed by 5 days there are chances of pregnancy if you are having regular periods. So, get the home pregnancy test done.

Since the safety of M2 Tone during pregnancy is not established, so it is best to be avoided once pregnancy occurs.

Continue taking iron and folic acid tablets during the pregnancy.
