What Causes Delayed Periods While On Lisinopril?

Yes, I am 13 days late on my period. I am 41 and had my tubes tied 18 years ago. the other day I vomited for no reason like acid. I started Lisonopril a month ago. I did have one spot of red pink blood in mucous like 6 days after sex with my husband then nothing else. Should I take a pregnancy test. Is that even possible

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for writing.
There is chance of becoming pregnant after your tubes been tied.
This happens to about 5 out of 1,000 women after 1 year. After a total of 5 years following tubal ligation, about 13 out of 1,000 women will have become pregnant. This figures are based on the research.
So i advice you to perform urine pregnancy test, it is better to use morning sample, as it is more sensitive.

I advice to see doctor for examination and further evaluation, as suggestion here given are based on the information provided by you without examination.
Hope you have found something useful from this.
Take care.
