What Causes Delayed Periods Post Using Mifegest Kit For Abortion?

sir i take mifegest kit for my abortion, after that a heavy period comes near 15 to 20 dayz, after that itz 45 dayz gone already but there is a no sign of any period, sir is it any dangerous sign or its simple ans me sir, and when my next period are coming?

Thanks for your query on HCM platform.
I have read your query & understood your problem.
After abortion is complete, normally following period is delayed by 2 weeks time. .. this is due to the time taken for normalizing hormonal disturbance after sudden removal of pregnancy.
You had no periods after stopping the bleeding after abortion this might be-
- Increased days of bleeding after Mifegest.. ( may be incomplete abortion .being untreated,. took longer period to clear uterus ).. resulted in more blood loss..anemia.. weakness .. in turn causing delay in period.
Ideally you could have consulted your doctor for prolonged bleeding who would have helped complete expulsion of fetus by .. medicines/ surgery.
- Possibility of ovulation following abortion.. you had unprotected sex & had conceived again.
To exclude / confirm pregnancy, you should go for HPT ( home pregnancy test )
In case HPT is -ve, wait for periods with protected sex .
