What Causes Delayed Periods In A Woman With PCOS?

Hii..i am 23 yrs old. i have PCOS prob.last 4 month i get regular periods.23 nov is my last menstruation date.i had sex on 2 dec.near about 10 dec some spotting was there for 2 days.still 30 dec i didnt get periods.i take pregnancy test also but it was negative..so i take primolute n for 5days 2 tab/day on 2 jan but still not getting periods.

I really appreciate your concern, the most probable reason could be PCOS and hormone therapy pregnancy may not be possible still better to get done the ultrasonography test, once the hormone level becomes normal everything will be okay, it is advisable to consult the gynaecologist for right treatment hope this information helps.
