Hello ma'am and welcome.

Some women do not experience pregnancy symptoms for quite some time, some even till 3 months into their pregnancy. So it would still be vital for you to conduct a pregnancy test and effectively rule out pregnancy. You can do so using an early morning sample of urine on or after the second day of your missed period. Some times, in women who have a lower hCG level the test returns a false-negative, in such a scenario if you have not seen your period for a while then you should report to your doctor for a more specific test.

If pregnancy is ruled out, then other causes like infections, stress, medications, etc; should be individually ruled out.

Best wishes.
