I don t consider myself to be under high levels of stress. I cant get pregnant. My fiance had a Vasectomy. But i am 3 weeks late on my period and my vagina keeps throbbing or pulsating. it doesnt hurt but its super uncomfortable. It happens mostly when i sit still for more than 5 minutes.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Even. Though your partner had vasectomy, please take a home pregnancy test just to be sure to rule out pregnancy. Also, follow up with your obgyn to get tested for possible vaginal infection causing throbbing sensation. Your obgyn can also prescribe medication to regularize periods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
