What Causes Delayed Periods And Negative Pregnancy Test?
I am 26 years old and got 28days cycle of menstruation..I am now delayed for about a week..I ve took pregnancy test but it was negative. I guess I ve undergone too much stress this month and the change of weather here in my place i guess affects me a lot..am i pregnant??what should i do?i have some brown spots and my urine looks unclear at the last drop..what does it mean??help me please?

I understand your concern , dear there are many causes for delayed periods such as polycystic disease , stress , weather change , hormonal imbalance etc dear rule out pregnancy consulting gynaecologist, because symptoms are only predictive not confirmatory after confirmation that you are not pregnant you can take progesterone withdrawl bleeding.
