What Causes Delayed Periods And Brown Vaginal Discharge?
Hello. I m a 28 year old woman. My period is 2 days late and I am spotting or rather observing a thick brownish discharge when I wipe. I also started having cramps but no menstruation blood yet. I have never had sex, neither did I engage in any sexual play with my bf. Also there s a discomforting itch on my left labia lip.. What can I do?

The symptoms can be related to premenstrual symptoms.
In most cases, brown discharge is just the remains of the delayed period.
