What Causes Delayed Periods And Abdominal Cramps?

I had taken femilon tablet November 2016. And I did stop Feb 2017. I have regular periods. Continuing month till April. May month I got married. Dat month slight bleeding only I got.. This month I have not my periods. But abdominal cramps. Head ache. Nausea senses. I got slightly. Am I pregnant of these symptoms.

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, it can be due to some stress factor or hormonal imbalances. You can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. If periods are irregular frequently, get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. Hope it helps.
