What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Severe Nausea And Dizzy Spells?

Hello, I am 41yrs old, 3 missed periods, 1 positive HPT 2 weeks after last period due to severe nausea, dizziness. But since then multiple negative HPT s, negative blood HCG level after missed 1st period and a pelvic U/S (negative for any cyst). The nausea is pretty much gone now but still having severe dizziness daily. I have had a complete hormone level workup.... all normal...not premenopausal. Had a tubal 16 years ago (tubes where only banded, still connected). I have never missed a period since first starting at age 13. I have had 2 pregnancies and knew early on that I was pregnant. Any suggestions??

HI
Well come to HCM
If the pregnancy tests are negative then this is nothing to worry, as long as menses are concern, in my opinion infection need to be rule out and this could be urinary tract infection, better get done the urine analysis, condition can be treated with antibiotic on tentative basis, hope this information helps, take care.
