Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For the month of January, I missed my period. Even though my boyfriend and I use condoms, I still took 3 pregnancy test weeks apart and all are negative. i been occasionally feeling nauseated but never actually vomit. I m usually fine while on an empty stomach, but once I eat something (no matter what or how much) I end up feeling sick with not much energy. This is a new month and I have yet to receive my period although its not usually due until maybe mid-month. What could be wrong with me?
Delayed periods are common in females. If three pregnancy tests are.negative then pregnancy is extremely unlikely. Nausea after taking food may be related to your stomach problems like gastritis or ulcer. I would suggest you should take some antacids like Gaviscon, and acid suppression drugs like omeprazole. See our doctor if the problem persists.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
General & Family Physician
