What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Bloating?

I am 38 yr.old female. I skipped my periods I know for sure it is nit pregnany as I am not been in a relation wid my husband from past 1 yr. My stomach always looks bloated. Now I am getting cramping pain like periods but no periods. This morning I felt mybtoungue heavy. And some burning sensation in mynstomach. Is it because there could b some infection in my stomach. I hv known people wid stomach cancer but they kneq it almost last stage. I am so worried

Well come to HCM
If it is amenorrhea (no menses) so in your case it could be due to early menopause, abdominal cramp likely to happen in this case and this may not be infection but may be due to hormone changes, chances of vaginal bleeding (menses ) could be likely later or sooner and it could be seen in irregular patrons, no need to worry about any thing, just forget about the cancer even if you live with the person having cancer disease, hope this is information helps.
