Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Primolut contains hormonal drug Norethisterone which is a progestogen. Irregularity of menstrual periods in beginning is usual in those who taking hormonal preparations. But it is better to have an examination with gynecologist to be on safe side. You might need to do an ultrasound examination to find out the status of uterus.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
