But I m Poona 20 yrs old last mtnh I had sex with my bf in earlier of Mnth and period date is 20 so I missed it then I use mifepristone and I got period bt it was only for 3 days and vry lightly bt in this Mnth I missed my period again I m very worry that I m pregnant or not

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, it can be due to some stress factor or hormonal imbalances. If positive, consult a gynecologist. You may need to undergo an ultrasound to see the size of Fetus. Hope it helps.
