Hi, Thanks for thquery. I understand your concern. Abortion is likely to be followed by hormonal imbalance/weakness which lead to irregular periods. Conception is another cause ... common in child bearing age. Start with high protein diet with iron,calcium &multivitamine suppliment. Wait for period to come naturally for few weeks./Repeat pregnancy test if no periods in 15 days...Consult a gynecologist for physical examination &few needful investigations to exclude other hormonal causes of irregular periods.... If no other cause found you would be advised a short course of oral contraceptive to induce the period. ..which is mant a times followed by 3 cyclical courses of oral contraceptives.This would correct your menstrual cycle.
