What Causes Delayed Periods After An Abortion?

I am 23. Had abortion before 3 months. After that i got 2 regular periods. but 3rd period not getting. I have tested pregnancy at home 5 times, but its negative all 5 time. Also completed 5 days course of cycloreg. but still periods not coming. Is there any chance of pregnancy? When periods will come?

Hi, I think periods may take 10 to 14 days to come after stopping the cycloreg. So, you have to wait till then. It can happen due to some stress factor also. If you have irregular periods over next few months, get a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries done.
