What Causes Delayed Periods After A Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage on 21st February this year (16 days ago), bled for about 5 days and then stopped. Calculated that I should currently have just ovulated but since Monday this week I have had bad period cramps, but no period. Do you know what this could be ? Thank you

Hi, I think you may be having ovulation pain. you can take some pain killers. Wait for the periods. It can get delayed after miscarriages.
