What Causes Delayed Period While On Regestrone For Ovarian Cyst?

Hello doctor,my que is, I had right ovarian n hammorhagic cyst. N so my gynaecologist advised me to take regestrone tabs for 10 days. I started them on d 20th day of menstrual cycle n now my menses us 3 days late. N i m afraid of pregnancy as v had an inter course on d 11th of d cycle or can say d 3rd day after d menses finished. Please advice

Your Gynecologist may have given Regesterone to initiate your mensus. When did you finish the Regesterone tablet? You will get your mensus within 7 days after the last Regesterone tablet. If you do not get your period in a week's time after Regesterone, you need to do pregnancy test. There is a small possibility of pregnancy since you had intercourse in the fertile period.
