What Causes Delayed Period And Abdominal Pain?

Hi I have missed my periods for the first time. I did hpt 4 times and got faint pink lines. I met doctor on 21st they did test and said negative and advised for ultrasound scanning. Ultrasound scanning showed nothing so my doctor said that am not pregnant. The very next morning I did another hpt and got positive. I have little abdominal pain and gastric problem. Now am not in a condition to decide anything. My periods were never late before, always regular with 25 days cycle. Any suggestions appreciated.

If the test shows positive results get another ultrasound done, also get a blood test for Beta Hcg to confirm pregnancy if it has been two weeks since you missed your periods. Gastric problems like nausea, bloated feeling increase during the first three months of pregnancy. Please share your blood test results soon.
