What Causes Delayed Menstruation?

I have participated in sex last year and I got pregnancy..! But I did abortion by using mefijest pills....!!! Since one year I didn t go any sexual relationship..!! And my periods were normal...!! But now after one year I didn t get period..!!! Is there any possibility of getting pregnancy without sexual relationship..! After one year??? Plz answer me I am very tensed and confused...!!!!

It is not possible to get pregnant without sexual intercourse, unless you undergo some assisted reproductive technique procedures like IUI (Intra-uterine insemination) or IVF (In-vitro fertilization).
The reason for delay in menstruation could be due to hormone imbalance.
Kindly consult Gynecologist for clinical evaluation to know what could be the cause and appropriate management.
