Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Delayed period associated with the symptoms you describe may be caused by a number of medical conditions.Possible causes may include:
-Pregnancy/related problems
-Hormonal imbalances/ovarian dysfunction
-PID/STI
-Exercises
-Excessive weight loss.Your laser lipo may contribute here if weight loss too pronounced.
-Contraceptive pills
-Stress
I will suggest you run a pregnancy test as if you are pregnant, the test may come positive by now.If negative, you see the Gynecologist for evaluation.Workups like a pelvic ultrasound, STI work-ups and if need be, hormonal work-ups will then be useful.
Hope this will help
Best regards
