What causes delayed menstruation, headache and nausea?

Hi..I had my last period on August 24 till September 1 ..and i haven t got it yet since then..and i feel weird on my stomach like it making sounds also u feel like to vomit but not..I also feel dizziness and headaches a lot..could it be a sign of pregnancy ?

Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy or hormonal disturbances or stress.
However, associated symptoms like dizziness, headache and nausea are suggestive of early pregnancy.
I will suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
