What Causes Delayed Menstruation After Taking Adderall?

I ve been taking Adderal every other day for the past month. I m 4 days late for my period which never happens. I took a test a couple days ago and it showed up negative. I considered that maybe It s possible I took the test too early? Could late menstrual cycle be a side effect of Adderal or could I possibly be pregnant?

Adderall is a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine, which are central nervous system stimulants that affect chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control.
Menstrual disturbances has not been reported with the use of Adderal.
After going through your description, it appears that 4 days delay could be related to physical or mental stress.
To know weather you are pregnant or not, do urine pregnancy test (UPT) 1 week after you miss your regular period. That would tell you about the status.
