What Causes Delayed Ejaculation?

Hello. My boyfriend has no trouble getting or staying aroused but it takes a very long time for him to ejaculate and when he does its very very little. This has caused him some concern. If I may add a previous doctor told him he had a very small prostate but offered no help and a few years ago he was paralyzed from the waist down in an auto accident but he walks freely with no issues today

Having said that he has been a victim of paralysis, his nerves are less responsive especially the penile nerves that are a part of sympathetic nervous system.

Also he has prostatic shrinkage, that's also an added problem for him. Otherwise he is doing good.
