Hi Dr.. I do have the same problem.. After a hard oral sex I was leave with a few clots on my head penis it does hurt a little bit and my pines too in general...it s that normal ?? I was perfectly fine before. How long u think it will last ? Another question... Why it takes abnormally long to eyaculate some time I do force my penis ether pounding or masturbating it to finish ...

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Delay in ejaculation, particularly during masturbation may be due to lack of proper stimulation. Other reason could be narrowing of urethral orifice due to infection.
Kindly consult Ufologist and take an opinion in this regard.
