Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

In diabetics when the sugar levels are not under control, the chance of getting infection by micro organisms is very high. As long as infection persists, wound doesn't heal. Going to toilet regularly and tiredness are the symptoms of diabetes, but they are not mandatory. Sugar levels can be high even with out those symptoms. If you have any doubt of getting diabetes, just check the blod sugar. Don't get scared and stress.

In your case, Delay also need not only because of sugar levels. It could also be because of improper hygiene, atmosphere, etc., could increase the chance of infection which delays wound healing.

Hope this guides you. For any other queries you can write to us. we will be happy to help you. Thank you.
