Hello dear I understand your concern Your last period date: 17th december Next period date: 13th january Sex was done on 8th january It was your safe period. Your pregnancy test was negative, done on 21st january. So no chance of pregnancy. Your delayed period could be due to hormonal imbalance, ovarian dysfunction, excessive stress and change in life style. I would suggest to consult gynecologist and take prescribed progesterone pill to induce period Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
