What Causes Delay In Periods,breast Pain And Nausea Inspite Of Negative UPT?

Hello my name is Kate.I was suppose to get my period June 17th and I am 12 days late. My breast hurt, I feel tired, nauseas, my smell sense is strong, I got a white creamy discharge the week I was supp to get my period, and my stool has a weird strong smell. I took a pregnancy test on the 6th late day of my period and it came out negative. Could I be pregnant?

I read your query carefully.
There are possibilities of pregnancy but we can not assume without any confirmation.
These symptoms can be of pre-menstural syndrome. If your cycle was regular previously and no such history in the past.
Then you should go for Beta Hcg test,its a coonfirmatory test for pregnancy.
After that you should go for Ultrasound pelvis to rule out the cause as you mentioned , you experience some kind of discharge then it can be an infection as well.
Ultrasound is necessary to rule out Pregnancy,infection or any other cause.
