What Causes Delay In Periods?

i want to know that why i am not having periods till now.my last period was on 19th of september..and my cycle is irregular sometimes 23days sometimes 25 days..last month after 11 days of my period i find little brown and yellow spotting..and this month i am nt havung periods..i had protected sex 4 months ago..
