What Causes Delay In Periods?

I m 2 weeks late on my period but took 3 test and all came back negative. and just yesterday and today after I pee and wipe there s little blood but none comes out when I pee. And my nipples are getting sensitive now. Also feel a little light headed at times

There might be mild hormonal imbalance that leads to a delayed period.
Reasons may include -anxiety, stress, weight changes,unaccustomed exercise, late nights, smoking , drinking etc.
