In the current scenario, I would ask you to get a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs and also if there is a pregnancy, locate the gestation sac and note the age of the pregnancy. Later on, if pregnancy is excluded, I would also ask you get a complete hormone profile, especially the FSH, thyroid profile and serum Prolactin.
