What Causes Delay In Periods With History Of Having Abortion?

I had a surgical abortion on April 3rd 2015 and I was 8 weeks pregnant that time. For the next 2 weeks I had spotting and it stopped. The next period I had was on May 15th 2015. The period was little heavy and lasted for 4 days. Now its June 22 3015 and my period is still not coming. I am worried should I go to a doctor?

Dear friend,thank you for your consultation.it seems that after your surgical abortion your period was heavy and lasted for 4 days.now it is 7 day passed from the expected day of starting menstruation.from my clinical experience it is within normal limit.this happens to a lot of woman after abortion.now you don't need to worry.wait for another 5 days.if after that your menstruation does not start then you should go to your gynaecologist.my best wishes to you.
