Hello,
If the intercourse happened around the fertile or ovulatory period of the menstrual cycle, chances of conception are high. Since she took emergency contraception, she can expect withdrawal bleeding a couple of days later and also a delayed natural period by a week or two. If she becomes overdue by ten days help should be sought from a specialist. Also, if she has regular 28-30 day cycles, she was in her safe period during this period of sexual contact and thereby, safe. Hope this helps.
